Topics include reading and math improvement, GED preparation, resume writing, and interview techniques. These workshops equip participants with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to reach their educational and career goals.

-Transitions by HR: Building Bridges to Stability 
We provide purpose, hope, and guidance for individuals navigating life’s next steps. Through personalized support, resources, and encouragement, we help participants overcome challenges, set goals, and create a clear path toward stability and success. -The Project Share: 
Project share exists to connect people with the power of community. We are dedicated to building bridges between service providers, resource consumers, and the advocates who represent them, ensuring access, equity, and meaningful connections. By creating space for collaboration and information-sharing, Project Share empowers individuals and organizations alike to meet needs, spark change, and strengthen lives.


 
Domestic Violence Program

Our program provides compassionate, confidential support to individuals affected by domestic violence, helping them break the cycle of abuse and rebuild their lives. Services include:

  • Crisis Intervention & Safety Planning – Immediate assistance to ensure safety and develop personalized protection strategies.

  • Emergency Shelter – Safe, confidential housing for individuals and families escaping abuse.

  • Counseling & Support Groups – Trauma-informed therapy and peer support to promote healing and resilience.

  • Legal Advocacy – Guidance and assistance with protective orders, court accompaniment, and navigating the legal system.

  • Case Management – Personalized support connecting clients with housing, employment, healthcare, and other community resources.

  • Life Skills & Empowerment Workshops – Training in financial literacy, job readiness, and self-sufficiency.

  • Outreach & Prevention Education – Programs to raise awareness, educate the community, and prevent future violence.
