Harvest Center for Wellness, LLC is owned by Mellanie Knox, MA LPC, who is also the Founder and CEO of Harvest Retreat Drop-In Center, Inc. Harvest Retreat Drop-In Center, Inc is a peer run day program, contracted with Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network. Harvest Retreat Drop-In Center, Inc. was Founded in November 2016 and opened its doors January 02, 2017, and has been servicing the severely mentally ill population Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm daily. Mellanie Knox is also a licensed professional counselor, servicing the mental health population in both Community Mental Health and Crisis Centers for over a decade. Mellanie also serves as both Behavioral Health Director and Clinician at Harvest Center for Wellness, LLC. Under Mellanie’s leadership we have additional Clinicians / Case Managers (MSW’s), on staff. We also have Certified Peer Services, Psychiatric Care, Podiatry, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Nursing Services, transportation to and from facility along with personal care services that are available upon request.
